The new concept of the house is adapted to the needs of the new owner. The main idea is to streamline the communication traffic, with one communication core in the centre of the house. The height stepping of the volume is newly preserved only on the ground floor, on the second floor the area of the administrative part is leveled to one level. The storage and service hall therefore remains only at ground level with access directly in connection with the access road.
