Housing Na spici is sustainable community housing in Breclav. In the sharp grip of two roads, in a heterogeneous context of apartment buildings and family houses, and also the first of the future development of the Padelky area.

The main part of the vertical load-bearing structure is led from the centre of the house layout so that the facade can remain free for any arrangement of the internal layout of the flats.
