The investor bought land in the center of Padochov near Oslavany with the original plan to develop the area with three detached family houses with access from the main local road from the south side.

After visiting the site, we decided to take a different approach and proposed a terraced development of six family houses with an access road from the north. The line of houses is slightly set back from the access road to allow not only parking in the front gardens of individual houses, but above all a shared residential neighborhood zone for meeting.

The scale of the buildings and the surrounding greenery further support the quality of this semi-public space in the centre of the village.
